D&R Pallet was founded in 2004 and is now a leading wooden pallet supplier in the Mid-South. With millions of dollars invested in automative machinery and a skilled staff, we are able to produce multiple loads of pallets every day. Each board and pallet is inspected to ensure our customers receive the highest quality product possible. D&R owns and operates its own fleet of trucks and trailers to ensure our deliveries are on time and priced competitively. We specialize in high production pallet manufacturing, but are able to fulfill any size order along with custom crating. At D&R Pallet, we work closely with our customers to match the perfect pallet or crate to their shipping needs.
SERVICES
Pallets
D&R Pallet is a state-of-the-art wooden pallet supplier including Hardwood pallets and Pine pallets. Three automated saw lines are operated to produce material, supplying automated nailing machines that assemble pallets. Our capabilities include standard-sized pallets, along with custom-sized pallets. With our automated machinery, a knowledgeable crew, and years of experience we are able to quickly produce high-quality pallets for out customers.
Custom Crating
We are able to custom-design speciality crates to ensure your produce can be shipped as safely and economically as possible. Crating can include large skid bases, tops, sides, or end pieces, We would love the opportunity to speak with you on getting you a custom design skid to make transporting your product a smooth process.
Heat Treat Certified
We are an ISPM-certified company. With our pallet kiln on site, we are able to heat treat pallets directly after being built. We keep accurate records of each heat treat process to ensure the best quality for our customers.
Firewood
We also supply firewood. All wood will be hardwood, mostly oak, and will be seasoned. They will be 4x6 or 4x8 with lengths varying from 6 inches to 15 inches. These are waste products of our saw lines and are priced accordingly.
Custom Cut Stock
With automation integrated throughout our three saw lines it has allowed us to cut excess material and given us the ability to offer cut stock for sale. A wide range of deck boards are available in hardwood or pine along with stringers that can be notched or non-notch. Quality control is performed on every board that passes through to ensure the highest quality product.
Chemical Treatment
A top enemy of the wood business in the southern states is mold in the summer months. We have combated his problem by investing in a chemical dip tank that allows us to fully submerge our packs of lumber in chemical that inhibits mold growth. This chemical is 100 % environmentally safe and allows our pallets to stay mold free for an extended amount of time.
